By accessing or using the CoinP exchange platform, including the CoinP login page and all associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To create a CoinP account and use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be located in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their CoinP login credentials, including passwords and 2FA codes. You agree to notify CoinP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CoinP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
CoinP provides cryptocurrency trading services including spot trading, futures trading, copy trading, and peer-to-peer transactions. All trades executed on the platform are final. CoinP does not guarantee the profitability of any trade and users acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency trading.
CoinP charges trading fees based on a tiered structure. Fee schedules are published on the platform and may be updated periodically. Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their trading activity.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
CoinP collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Users must not use the CoinP platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity. CoinP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
CoinP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
CoinP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of CoinP after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
